Invoice for download
December 2011
Invoices from Goodtime can now be viewed and downloaded directly in the time tracking system. As an Admin or Application Manager, simply click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select Goodtime Account. You can also update your address details there.
New: Invoices will now also be sent via email to Application Managers.
Hide the time clock

The time clock can now be hidden if you only want to use the timesheet for time tracking.
Clients in the time sheet

For those who requested the display of clients in the timesheet, we have good news: The client will now be shown alongside the project name in the timesheet! As always, any further suggestions and feedback are welcome!
Homepage redesign

We've given large parts of the Goodtime homepage a fresh new look. Some pages (such as this blog) will remain in the "old" design for now. We hope you like the new design and look forward to your feedback and suggestions via the Support.
More statistics

Thank you for the numerous suggestions we've received in the meantime! We’ve worked to implement them as fully as possible. The working hours of employees, clients, and projects are now displayed in separate views with detailed statistics. Various percentage-based reports provide a clear overview of the distribution of working hours.
Please note that access to the statistics features requires appropriate permissions. For example, to view project statistics, an employee must have the role of a project manager.
New total time format
July 2011
Sum of hours can now be displayed in decimal format. Total hours per week or total hours per month will be added for example to '36,75' hours. The former hour-minute format ('36:45') is of course still available. The total time format can be adjusted in the settings.
Clients for projects
March 2011
Now you can assign clients (customers) to projects. In the project select list the projects are grouped by the according clients too. If you still prefer a project select list without displaying the clients, then you can tick off the 'Enable clients for projects' option in the settings of the time tracking software easily. As long as you do not create clients or assign them to any project, anyway, everything remains the same.
Forgot your password?
February 2011
For security reasons, new passwords have not been sent via email up to now. By popular request we provide this feature to the time tracking software as an option now. Employees should change the sent password immediately after receiving it.
Improved statistics

The statistical analysis of working hours and project times was enhanced. In addition to the tabular list, clear charts now show the working time and the distribution of working hours for a project. An annual overview and a monthly detailed view are available to choose from.
